Make target: p2p-promote-to-extended-test

After successful run of p2p-functional, p2p-integration, and p2p-nft the version is considered ready for Extended Test.

The shared p2p.mk implementation copies each image with Skopeo, preserving its manifest digest and all platform variants. For a single image, the operation is:

p2p-promote-to-extended-test:
	skopeo copy --all --preserve-digests \
		docker://$(SOURCE_REGISTRY)/$(P2P_REGISTRY_FAST_FEEDBACK_PATH)/$(P2P_APP_NAME):$(P2P_VERSION) \
		docker://$(REGISTRY)/$(P2P_REGISTRY_EXTENDED_TEST_PATH)/$(P2P_APP_NAME):$(P2P_VERSION)

The promotion workflow supplies the source and destination registries and registry credentials. Applications with multiple images use P2P_IMAGE_NAMES in p2p.mk.

This moves the immutable versioned artifact into the registry for extended test and will be picked up next time Extended Test runs
